My name is Arby Roxanne Lalog, but you can call me "Arbs." With over 13 years of experience in the BPO field, I have held various positions, including customer service, technical support, quality manager, coach, and team leader. Additionally, I have worked as an ESL tutor to Korean and Japanese students. Since 2018, I have immersed myself in the freelancing world, starting as an Admin Assistant and gradually exploring other fields such as Reports Analyst, Digital Marketing Manager, Project Manager, and more.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I am an individual with diverse interests. I have a deep love for mountains, finding solace and inspiration amidst their majestic peaks. There's something about the serenity and grandeur of the mountains that resonates with my soul.

In addition to my passion for mountains, I am a frustrated singer and swimmer. Music has always been an integral part of my life, and though I may not have pursued it professionally, I find great joy in expressing myself through song. As for swimming, I have always admired the elegance and freedom that comes with gliding through water, even if my skills may not match my aspirations.

On a lighter note, I am an avid animal lover. Cats, dogs, hamsters, and all animals with fur hold a special place in my heart. Their companionship, loyalty, and the unconditional love they offer are truly remarkable. There is nothing quite like the joy of spending time with these furry friends and witnessing their playful antics.

In addition to these interests, I am also a guitar player. Strumming the strings and creating melodies allows me to channel my creativity and share my emotions with others. Music has the power to transcend boundaries and touch the hearts of people, and I cherish the opportunity to connect with others through this universal language.

Yet, if there's one thing I wish to leave an indelible mark with — I am a cherished child of God. Jesus saved me, and I am His bondservant. I am a sinner redeemed by His boundless grace, through faith in Christ. I am His bride, and He is my Groom, and I am so in love with my King.

Throughout my journey, I have developed a deep appreciation for automation tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, Zapier, Manychat, Clickfunnels, and others. I have honed my skills through self-learning, utilizing free resources available on platforms like Google and YouTube, as well as learning from my own mistakes.

I firmly believe that true expertise can only be attained through exploration, innovation, and forging one's own path. It is my passion to inspire newcomers to embrace their interests and strengths, guiding them on a fulfilling journey of self-discovery.
